Add a folder

Adds a new folder inside a given folder. Use the special keyword "root" as the parentFolderId to create a new folder in the teamsite's root.

The name of the item

The GUID of the item's parent folder. Changing this value will move the item from one folder to another. Use "root" to place items in the root folder of the teamsite.
